Return & shipping policy
We hope you love your piece from BOKIKIBA, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return the product and receive a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us per email. Please be aware that you as customer pays for return.​ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
