Keep in mind that glass is a very fragile material, much like one of your finest wine glasses. Impacts, such as dropping the piece can lead to cracks or breakage. To keep your piece in the best condition possible, handle it gently and store it safely when not in use.

We hope you love your piece from BOKIKIBA, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return the product and receive a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
